"After 20 years distributing WAGNER products across diverse industry sectors in Japan, we can confidently affirm: these are truly once-in-a-lifetime technologies."
Mr. Wagner, a mechanical engineer, began his own research to solve the wear and failures caused by conventional lubricants. In cooperation with the University of Munich, this led to the artificial solid lubricant known as "Micro Ceramic technology." Today, WAGNER products are trusted worldwide, from classic cars and the latest high-performance vehicles to precision industrial machinery.

The ultra-fine ceramic particles (0.02 to 0.15 μm) settle into the microscopic irregularities of the metal surface and form a smooth protective layer. This prevents direct metal-to-metal contact and reduces friction loss to the absolute minimum.
[Mechanism Diagram 1] shows the gap between two metal surfaces (Metall) filled with oil (Öl) and micro ceramic particles. The fine ceramic particles fill the surface irregularities and keep the metal surfaces from touching directly under load, which greatly reduces friction and wear. [Mechanism Diagram 2] is an enlarged view that shows how the surfaces are smoothed and the protective layer is formed.
